Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides discounted home improvement products for personal, non-commercial use. All sales, promotions, and services are subject to these Terms of Service.

2. Product Availability

All products are sold as-is and subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate inventory, but stock levels may change without notice. Clearance and discounted items may be limited in quantity and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved store credit. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Clearance and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see store signage or contact us for full return policy details.

5. Warranties

Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet does not manufacture the items we sell. Therefore, products may not carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We are not liable for defects or performance issues after sale. Customers should inspect items before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us. Use products according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.

A portion of proceeds supports Restoration Works, our affiliated nonprofit. This partnership does not affect your rights as a customer but reflects our community-centered values and goals.
