Seal-Krete Lock Down Primer is a self cross-linking epoxy floor bonding primer for concrete surfaces. Its nanotechnology improves adhesion with its ultra-fine, nano-sized particles that penetrate deeply into the concrete, while locking down the chalk and providing a clean, sound substrate for a topcoat of water-based floor paints, stains and textured coatings. Seal-Krete Lockdown Bonding Primer optimizes topcoat adhesion for water-based floor paints, concrete stains, textured coatings and epoxy based products. Concrete bonding primer works on interior/exterior smooth or broom swept concrete and is great for previously coated or uncoated horizontal surfaces. Water-based formula is low odor and provides easy soap and water clean up. Ready for top coat in two hours and covers up to 250 sq ft on rough concrete up to 500 sq ft on smooth or painted surfaces. Goes on milky for ease of application and dries matte clear. Reduces peeling and hot tire pick up of top coat, helps top coat stick to bare or painted concrete. Applies with roller or pump sprayer, product must be top coated within 24 hours of application. Read all directions completely prior to use.
